Sandberg Capital acquired Webglobe-Yegon

Sandberg Capital (Martin Fedor) acquired a 75% stake in webhosting firm Webglobe-Yegon. The original owners are keeping a 25% stake. The Slovak market leader is WebSupport, with sales of €4.8m and €0.5m net profit in 2018. Webglobe-Yegon had €1.8m sales and €0.1m net profit last year.
Earlier this year, Axcel of Denmark acquired WebSupport. The company was sold by a group of founders led by Michal Truban.
