HB Reavis (Ivan Chrenko) is the leading office developer in the EU in terms of prepared projects, according to data of PropertyEU. Projects with an area of 1.078m sqm are in its pipeline, followed by Axa Investment Managers (951,057 sqm) and Skanska CDE (879,643 sqm). Its largest projects are Nové Nivy (Bratislava), Varso Place (Warsaw), One Waterloo (London) and Agora Budapest.
