Apple Pay has tens of thousands users in Slovakia

About 26,000 clients of Tatra banka and 17,000 clients of SLSP have activated Apple Pay since its launch in Slovakia on June 26. To compare, SLSP has 13,000 clients for Google Pay one year after its launch. Android has as high as an 80% market share in Slovakia but Apple users are wealthier and more tech-savvy on average.
