Porsche will build a new plant in Slovakia

German car maker Porsche will open a €14m development center for automated lines for the automotive sector in Horná Streda (near Piešťany) next year. The center will create 40 jobs in the first phase. For over 20 years Porsche has had a plant in Dubnica nad Váhom, currently employing 175. It makes pressing tools for car body production.
