Ivan Kmotrík fears the Public Partners Registry

Infra Services requested it be deleted from the Public Partners Registry after the Žilina District Court launched a hearing to uncover its true owners. Its official owners are lawyers Juraj Bugala and Peter Ďurček, but they are apparently a front for Ivan Kmotrík. Infra Services accounts for 45% of the costs of the Bratislava water utility BVS. If the company is indeed deleted from the Registry, an unlawful situation might ensue. Infra Services has a contract with BVS until 2022, but it can’t receive money from the public sector without being in the registry.

It seems the Registry is serving its proper role of preventing the misuse of public money.
