Bratislava Volkswagen plant is sending 130 of its workers to Hungary

The Bratislava Volkswagen plant is sending 130 of its workers to the Audi plant in Győr, Hungary. During the past two years, 500 Audi workers have been working in Bratislava. The Bratislava workers will commute to Hungary for at least six months. This is part of the Bratislava plant’s effort to cut its workforce by 3,000 to 11,000 this year.
