Šimon Šicko and Marián Fridrich are majority owners in Pixel Federation

Šimon Šicko and Marián Fridrich, founders of the game developer Pixel Federation, bought a 55% stake in the company for €15m. Before the management buy-out, they held a 5% stake, and investors Martin Blaškovič and Peter Lukeš held a 47.5% stake each. Now, Šicko and Fridrich have a 25.5% stake each, 10% is owned by key employees and Blaškovič has 38%. A third of the money was supplied by the company and €10m came from a bank loan. Šicko thinks a strategic investor would value the company at €90-100m now. He wants to drive the valuation to over €1bn.
