Greek food company Chipita is building a €60m plant near Dunajská Streda
Greek food company Chipita (brands 7Days and Bake Rolls) is building a new €60m plant in Kostolné Kračany near Dunajská Streda that will create 600 jobs. It has turned down the government-offered investment stimulus, as it refused to pledge to minimum investment and employment levels. Upon completion early in 2020, it will produce 72,000 tons of goods annually, increasing the Slovak bakery sector by half. Most of the output will be exported.
