Korbačka acquired three shopping centers in Spain
J&T Real Estate’s Peter Korbačka announced the acquisition of 87.5% stakes in three large shopping centers in Spain for €485m. He bought centers GranCasa in Zaragoza, Valle Real in Maliaño-Camargo and Max Center Barakalde from Sonea Sierra that will stay on to run them. In Slovakia, Korbačka owns Eurovea shopping center in Bratislava and City Aréna in Trnava. It teamed up with Sonae Sierra to expand Eurovea.
