Smer’s candidate Miroslav Lajčák will win the presidential election, predicts the Sme daily. Andrej Kiska won’t set up his new party, but will run as an independent on the slate of an opposition party. František Imrecze will be the new Finance Minister. Real estate prices will stagnate or start to fall.
Real estate price growth will continue, and will reach 3-7%, predicts the Trend weekly. Supply will remain weak and demand strong. Bratislava won’t manage to implement a new parking policy.
