Salini Impregilo is not leaving Višňové, demands more money

The national highway firm NDS and Italian firm Salini Impregilo agreed to set up an international committee to settle disputes over the Žilina-Martin highway with the Višňové tunnel. The Italians denied reports they were leaving the project, and confirmed their intention to complete the highway. NDS intends to fine the firm for delays, while the Italians are requesting more money for unexpectedly challenging geological conditions.
