Asseco CE acquisitions

IT firm Asseco CE increased its stake in Žilina-based technology company CEIT to 100%. Last year, it acquired a 51% stake. CEIT offers tools for automation of internal logistics and optimizing production and logistics processes. In 2016-17, Asseco CE had sales of €46.7m and €49.3m. CEIT reported €4.2m and €4.0m.

Asseco CE recently acquired a 66% stake in IT firm DWC Slovakia, which used to have a strong position in the public sector. It has also acquired a 66% stake in InterWay, a web developer. Its other acquisition is exe, a developer of Microsoft-based solutions. Asseco has a 55% stake in DanubePay and almost a quarter of the shares in eDocu.
