Hotels in the CEE regions are experiencing the best times ever, according to an analysis by Cushman & Wakefield. Their prices are rising to Western European levels and demand is set to grow further in the coming years. Hotels in Prague are doing the best, with the 5th-highest occupancy rate in Europe. Warsaw came in 7th, Budapest 10th and Vienna 13th. Bratislava is far behind; its 69% average occupancy places it 25th in Europe. The average price per room and night came to €245 in Geneva, €97 in Vienna, €88 in Prague, €84 in Budapest, and €64 in Bratislava.
