Management of the Nitra car plant of Jaguar Land Rover that will launch production in coming weeks is still discussing a new Collective Agreement with Labor Unions. Wages are the most contentious issue. The unions are demanding an increase in wages by 13.5% to €738 (A category), by 7.3% to €957 € (A+) and by 5.4% to €1,261 (B), plus corresponding benefits. The unions also demand 10 min breaks to keep a safe working regime, and extra days of holiday.
