Ringier Axel Springer consolidates the online food delivery market
Ringier Axel Springer, a publisher that owns the online food delivery service Bistro.sk, has acquired a competing provider, NaPizzu.sk, from another publisher, Petit Press. Price was not disclosed. This is Ringler Axel Springer’s third such acquisition, after DajmeJedlo.sk in 2017 and Ham.sk earlier this year. Market consolidation is set to improve profit margins. Bistro.sk is the market leader, with 350,000 customers.
