€15.0m in investment assistance for a €51m investment of Mubea Automotive

The Economy Ministry recommended €15.0m in investment assistance for a €51m investment of Swiss company Mubea Automotive into a new plant for the production of car transmission components in Kežmarok. Of the assistance, €11.2m will be a tax break, and the rest a cash subsidy for new job creation. The plant plans to create 500 jobs, of which 115 are in product development. The company launched construction of the plant last week, and plans to start production in a year.
