Corrupt judges and notaries

A group around Marian Kočner has taken hold of €20m in assets of the Technopol company due to questionable verdicts of Judge Miriam Repáková and notary Miloslav Kováč. They are already under police investigation, as Repáková’s ruling is clearly in violation of law, and Kováč was fined the maximum possible fine of €3,300 by the Notary Chamber for his actions. The suspicious deals were financed by Privatbanka, owned by Penta, which Kočner used in his other controversial transactions as well.

Several court cases regarding Technopol’s assets are still pending.
