J&T let Daniela Saková to make money

In 2015, Interior Minister Daniela Saková (Smer) and her ex-husband bought premises in the Panorama City residential project of developer J&T Real Estate. She paid €466,000 for the premises, suitable for a store, and is now is selling the property for €821,000. Saková paid €1,350 per sqm at a time when other companies were paying €2,500-2,900 per sqm for similar premises. Saková denies accusations of corruption. It is indeed possible J&T was bribing her ex-husband, who at the time served as a BoD member in the Bratislava public transport firm DPB, which was considering the purchase of trolleybuses from Czech company SOR, controlled by J&T.

Previous Interior Minister Tomáš Drucker made handsome profits in similar real estate deals.
