Slnečnice projekt is going to grow

Slnečnice, Slovakia’s largest residential project developed by Cresco Group (Štefan Beleš), is expanding in the Bratislava’s Petržalka district. So far, it has completed or started to build 2,800 apartments, and will offer another 400 apartments for sale shortly. In 2023, it plans to launch another phase with 1,500 apartments.
