Dôvera has a new loan from Tatra banka

Dôvera health insurer, owned by Penta, took out a €92.5m loan in January from Tatra banka. The loan refinances another one from 2010 that funded the reimbursement of a €412m liability owed to shareholders. Dôvera created the liability by an artificial but legal transaction when merging the Dôvera and Apollo insurers in 2009. The refinancing cut the interest rate by 1.5 points to 2%.
