Enterprise Investors allowed to acquire retailer CBA
The anti-trust authority PMÚ green-lit the acquisition of local retailer CBA by Polish investment fund Enterprise Investors. CBA was sold by Marian Šufliarsky. It runs 300 smaller stores in Western and Central Slovakia with annual sales of €140m. Price was not disclosed. The new owner plans to immediately spend €16m to repay old debts and open new stores.
