Wood & Company is new owner of Aupark Bratislava
Investment group Wood & Company (Vladimír Jaroš, Jan Sýkora and Ľubomír Šoltýs) and Tatra Asset Management acquired a 60% stake in Aupark Bratislava, the 3rd-largest shopping mall in Slovakia with 60,000 sqm. They will buy the remaining shares in three years. At €450m, this is the biggest deal on the Slovak real estate market to date. The new owner expects an 8% yield. Previous owner, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, needs fresh capital.
