Who will get money for Benzinol
Austria's OMV is gradually taking over Benzinol's gas stations and has already received preliminary approval from PMÚ, the anti-trust authority. It is set to take over 21 stations with an option to acquire six more. Interestingly, Martin Čepel and Pavol Hojčka are suing each other over ownership of Pozemné stavby SC and Blade RE, which own the Benzinol stations. Hojčka accuses his partner of siphoning assets with the intention of depriving him of his property. A hearing at the District Court in Nitra has already been postponed twice and a decision has not yet been made.
