Víťazoslav Móric to acquire ŽOS Vrútky from Budamar

PMÚ, the anti-trust authority, is reviewing a deal in which the family of Víťazoslav Moric will acquire a 100% stake in train manufacturer ŽOS Vrútky. Currently, it owns 34%; the rest belongs to Budamar. The company is among the traditional suppliers of the state carrier ŽS Slovensko. Its revenues rose to €92m last year.
