UniCredit pushed its mortgage rates below 3.5%

UniCredit was the first bank to cut 3- and 5-year mortgage rates to below 3.5% (its rate starts at 3.49%). Mortgages will thus continue to get cheaper, but only at a slow pace. The ECB is expected to cut its key rate four times this year towards 2.0%, which could push Slovak mortgage rates towards 3%.
