TV ad rates to grow 15-16% in 2025
Slovakia’s largest TV group Markíza, owned by CME, will increase the price of TV ads by 16.3% for 2025. It does not plan to change ad rates on its websites. It expects 3-5% growth in investment in TV advertising in Slovakia next year. (hnonline.sk)
TV group Joj (Richard Flimel) is raising its TV ad rates by 15.9% for 2025. It will sell ads during the Ice Hockey World Championship in special packages. Its streaming service Joj Play has over half a million registered users, of whom 10% are paying customers. It expects 3-5% growth in TV ad spending in Slovakia next year.
