Three quarters of Slovak brands improved their customer experience in 2024

Fully three quarters of Slovak brands improved their customer experience last year, according to the latest Customer Experience Excellence ranking by KPMG, a consultancy. Martinus bookstore again tops the customer experience ranking, followed by dm drogerie markt, Alza, Dr. Max, and Teta Drogérie. Among the newcomers, the Albi brand made it into the TOP50. Logistics remains the best-ranked sector and last year the Entertainment and Leisure sector improved its customer experience the most.
