Tata AutoComp System acquires Slovak plants of IAC Group

Auto components maker Tata AutoComp Systems, whose Indian owner Tata Group owns Jaguar Land Rover with a plant in Nitra, acquired Slovak automotive interior and exterior components maker IAC Group from its Luxembourg owners. The Slovak IAC plants in Lozorno and Šurany had €180m in sales last year. Its clients include the Slovak plants of JLR and Volkswagen. Price was not disclosed.
