Sweeden’s Elisa Polystar has acquired Slovak IT firm Frinx

Sweden-based telecom network automation and analytics solutions provider Elisa Polystar has acquired Frinx (Ľubica Hanová and Gerhard Wieser), a Slovak telecom network automation software supplier with a staff of 40. Last year, Frinx posted a 44% increase in net profit to €1.2m and its sales rose 38% to €3.5m.
