Soria to acquire car dealer Autocentrum Nitra

PMÚ, the anti-trust authority, is reviewing a deal under which Soria (Ján Kasper) is to acquire Autocentrum Nitra (Stanislav Rusko). Autocentrum Nitra sells Hyundai and Toyota cars and last year increased its net profit by 44% to €1.2m and its sales were up 32% to €28.1m. Kasper acquired car dealer PPC Team plus (Toyota and Lexus brands) last year. His other firms, Autopolis, ANRAcar, and Auto BNP sell the Nissan, Seat, Cupra, Hyundai, and Ford brands.
