Slovnaft is buying Lukoil gas stations

PMÚ, the anti-trust authority, is reviewing the sale of 16 petrol stations of Russia’s Lukoil to Mol of Hungary, the owner of the Slovnaft oil refinery. (antimon.gov.sk) The value of the deal was not disclosed. The Lukoil chain lost €1.9m last year in Slovakia, and its sales fell 28% to €45.6m. Back in 2016 its sales stood at €96.6m. Slovnaft will increase the number of its petrol stations in Slovakia to 270.
