SaS and PS want to cooperate in Bratislava
Bratislava mayor’s Matúš Vallo; Juraj Droba (SaS), head of the Bratislava region VÚC; and the PS party are discussing election cooperation in 2022―Vallo and Droba are set to be joint candidates for their respective jobs and PS and SaS would back joint candidates for Bratislava district mayors and city councilors. In 2022, municipal and VÚC elections will be held together for the first time. One impediment for forming the coalition is that Vallo is considering setting up a new city party. The party would not run on a national level.
