Sandberg Capital acquired 15% stake in Titans freelancers

Sandberg Capital (Martin Fedor) acquired a 15% stake in Titans freelancers (Róbert Dusík and Marek Greško), which provides outsourcing of IT specialists. The deal’s details won’t be published. Titans freelancers cooperates with 11,000 independent IT experts. Last year, it managed to increase its net profit 4% to €1m and its sales rose 5% to €10.9m. The new shareholder will back its further expansion in foreign markets. PwC, a consultancy, represented Titans freelancers in the deal while Sandberg Capital hired KPMG and Barger Prekop.
