Risk spread of Slovak bonds is falling
The risk spread of Slovak 10-year bonds has fallen by 0.15 to 1.06 points since the beginning of October. This was caused by rising bond yields in Germany, which, in addition to a weakened economy, is also facing a political crisis. Although Slovak bond yields have risen to 3.42% over the past month, Germany's growth pace has been twice as fast. According to many economists, Germany's economic restart will not succeed without massive government spending, which will increase its debt from the current 61.9% of GDP.
