Residential real estate prices in Slovakia were 3.4% higher annually in the third quarter
Residential real estate prices in Slovakia were 3.4% higher annually in the third quarter. Compared to the previous quarter, they rose by 2.4% to €2,520 per sqm, the central bank NBS reported based on ad prices. Compared to the peak two years ago, prices are still 7.1% lower. The prices of apartment are growing fastest in Bratislava (4.3%), while the prices of family houses have stagnated. The cheaper apartments are still most in demand, while the more expensive ones are waiting longer for a new owner.
