Residential real estate prices were 22% higher annually in the final quarter of 2021, at €2,262 per sqm, show data of NBS that relies on list prices in ads. The growth came on the back of lower supply and cheap mortgages. The pace of construction of new apartments is picking up, though, and might stabilize prices over the medium-term.
