Redside is selling off its Slovak assets
Czech investment group Redside, which was co-owned by Arca, is closing down and will sell off all its energy and real estate assets worth about €200m. Founder Rudolf Vřešťál is acting in response to its damaged reputation caused by the collapse of Arca. Its funds Nova Green Energy, Nova Real Estate, and Nova Market Money also own photovoltaic power parks in Slovakia, a biomass heating plant in western Slovakia, and an industrial park in Trenčín.
All remaining Arca assets are apparently headed for sale in bankruptcy.
