Real estate price growth slows down

Prices of 2-room apartments in regional capitals were 3-22% lower annually in the second quarter, data from nehnutelnosti.sk show. In the case of 3-room ones, the decline was 3-17%. The prices in Prešov and Košice fell the most. Prices of apartments have been falling for 12 months now and have returned to the 2021 levels. However, the quarterly pace of decline halved in 2Q compared to 1Q, indicating a gradual price stabilization.
