Rattaj praises government on fast assistance and keeps expanding in Austria

TMR, the owner of resorts in Slovakia, Czechia, Poland and Austria, expects a 10% drop in profit and slightly bigger drop in sales in its financial year ending on October 31, said its largest shareholder Igor Rattaj. He is content with the state pandemic assistance in Slovakia and Czechia, which he says came very fast. It contrasts with Austria, where the government promised huge support but no subsidies have materialized in the end. On the other hand, Austria has already issued guidelines for the ski season while Slovakia will not issue them before December. TMR wants to buy one ski resort in Austria and cooperate with many more, selling their tickets via its own GoPass system.
