PSS, a bank, is seeking €1.1m in court from its former managers Imrich Béreš and Erich Feix as compensation for damages. Béreš served as CEO for 15 years and Feix was a BoD member for 10 years. PSS fired them both in 2019 on suspicion that they had siphoned money away through marketing and consulting services.
