Pro Partners is buying Aquacity Poprad
Pro Partners (Rastislav Danišek) is buying the Poprad-based water world Aquacity from Jan Telenský, aktuality.sk sources say. Telenský is keeping his hotels and other real estate projects in High Tatras. Pro Partners owns a wellness hotel in Patince as well as Holidaypark Kováčová. Telenský has been selling Aquacity for several years and expected a price of €30-50m before the pandemic hit. In November 2020, he bought a 15% stake from the town of Poprad for €3m. In 2020, Aquacity’s sales halved to €5.7m.
