Penta (Marek Dospiva and the Haščák family) wants to raise billions of euros from investors. They are to put money in a fund where Penta will move its assets such as the Dr.Max pharmacy chain, Fortuna betting agency, and real estate projects. It wants to use the money from investors for further acquisitions, such as pharmacies in Italy. The fund is likely to be intended for qualified investors putting up at least €100,000.
The J&T group has recently made a similar move. It created the J&T Arch fund for qualified investors.
