Patient satisfaction with hospital care improved in 2022
Patient satisfaction with hospital care has improved in 2022, ranking of the health insurer Dôvera based on patient survey shows. The overall score for last year was 1.54, an improvement from 1.57 a year ago (on a scale of 1-5, where 1 is the best score). Patients are most satisfied with doctors, while food has the lowest score. Hospitals in Ružomberok, Partizánske, and CINRE Bratislava are the best rated facilities. The University hospital Bratislava and the hospital in Veľký Krtíš had the worst score.
