Older apartments in Bratislava were 8.8% more expensive annually in 4Q24
Older apartments in Bratislava were 8.8% more expensive annually in the last quarter of 2024, with an average price of €3,822 per sqm, developer Bencont data show. This is still less than the price peak in 3Q22, €3,877. Average rents including utilities rose 9% to €17 per sqm and month. Bencont expects both prices and rents to continue rising in the near term, due to falling mortgage rates. Prices of older apartments will also respond to higher VAT, which has made new units more expensive.
