LeasePlan and ALD Automotive merged to form Ayvens

LeasePlan Slovakia and ALD Automotive Slovakia merged to form Ayvens Slovakia, following ALD Automotive’s acquisition of LeasePlan. Ayvens is now the market leader in operating leasing in Slovakia. (teraz.sk) LeasePlan doubled its net profit to €4m last year, and its sales grew by 5% to €55.9m. ALD Automotive reported a 30% decline in net profit to €3.5m after a 5% increase in sales to €37.7m.
