KBC paid €64m to acquire OTP Banka Slovensko

Belgian KBC paid €64m to acquire loss making OTP Banka Slovensko, information from the mandatory offer to small shareholders show. KBC is offering small shareholders almost twice as much―€3.70 per share compared to the €2.02 it paid for the majority stake. KBC thus paid around €300 per client.
