Ján Sabol and Oszkár Világi bought two farms in Russia

Ján Sabol and Oszkár Világi bought two farms in Russia that cultivate 18,000 hectares of land. This is two thirds of what their Slovak farms cultivate. They bought one farm in tandem with Miloslav Šebek, the strongest player in the domestic cattle insemination business, who has been active in in Russia for a long time.

Accession Capital Partners, with capital from Poland and Austria, has acquired Spearhead, which owns farms in Slovakia, Czechia, and the UK. Sabol and Világi have also submitted a bid. Last year, its Slovak farms had €9.5m sales.
