J&T acquired from Arca Capital buildings of Grand Hotel Kempinski and Crowne Plaza hotels

J&T IS, a subsidiary of J&T Banka, acquired the building of one of Slovakia’s best hotels, the Grand Hotel Kempinski High Tatras, from Redside, partly owned by Arca Capital, in October. Bratislava-based hotel Crowne Plaza saw the same ownership change. The hotels are still being managed by Best Hotel Properties (BHP), which spun off from J&T in 2009.
