InoBat Auto is negotiating acquisition of Britishvolt

Slovak company InoBat Auto (Marian Boček) is negotiating a purchase of the factory of the British e-car battery maker Britishvolt, or a purchase of the entire company, British media report. InoBat declined to comment, but confirmed that it is seeking European locations, including England and Spain, for its next plant. InoBat Auto plans to produce batteries for e-cars in cooperation with Amara Raja, Ideanomics, and Wildcat. It is building a production center in Voderady and is also planning a plant in eastern Slovakia.
