IaD Investments to acquire Stabilita

Asset manager IaD Investments (Rastislav Danišek) has already obtained all permits to acquire a majority stake in Stabilita, a pension manager in the third, voluntary pension pillar, finsider.sk sources say. It agreed to buy out Železnice SR (55%), Penta (30%), U.S. Steel Košice (9%) and Železiarne Podbrezová (5%). (finsider.sk) With a 14% market share, Stabilita is the smallest player in the third pillar. It has 141,000 clients and €400m under management.
